Garrin has over 30 years of experience forming, capitalizing, and operating real estate and non-real estate ventures.
Garrin Royer is a lifelong entrepreneur. After starting his career in technology and co-founding his first venture funded startup, he co-founded Redside and grew it into a vertically integrated developer and operator of a $250 million+ commercial real estate portfolio. In partnership, he has transacted, capitalized, owned, developed, and operated investment real estate assets valued in excess of $500 million.
As a partner in PDP, Garrin is responsible for development strategy, execution, and operations.
Garrin grew up in Redwood City, Ca. and graduated from University of the Pacific with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship. He has called Oregon home for 29 years and spends his free time with his family and outdoor adventures.
