Jennifer Arguinzoni-Ward

Jennifer Arguinzoni-Ward leads the legislative and public affairs efforts for PDP.

Jennifer serves as the Vice President of Local and Federal Affairs at Oxley and Associates, a government affairs firm headquartered in Portland, Oregon. She is a seasoned political professional with two decades of leadership in policymaking and campaigns at all levels of government and corporate advocacy.

Her political career began in the Georgia legislature working across the aisle on legislation including the Georgia Film Tax Credit, which resulted in billions in new revenue for the state. Jennifer later ventured to our nation’s capital where she joined the National Conferences of State Legislatures, fighting hard to represent and preserve the sovereignty of statehouses protected in the tenth amendment. Jennifer came to Oregon and served as a key political advisor to former Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler, focusing on external affairs and community partnerships. Prior to joining Oxley and Associates, Jennifer led the external engagement sustainability strategy at Nike.

Within the PDP, Jennifer is responsible for public and legislative affairs.

Jennifer earned a degree in Political Science from Georgia State University. She currently serves on the board of Friends of Baseball. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children traveling or near a ballpark.
